Northern California Association of PBK Scholarship

How to apply

Application Guidelines

Each applicant must use the PBKNCA application form. It can be downloaded from the Phi Beta Kappa Northern California Association site (www.pbknca.org).

All information should be submitted as single-sided hard copy, no staples; stick to word limits.

We do not require transcripts or copies of transcripts.

The Phi Beta Kappa of Northern California Association (PBKNCA) offers several graduate scholarships. To be eligible, the student must belong to PBK at the national level. That means dues must have been paid to the national PBK and the applicant's PBK number (available from PBK national) must be included on the application. Please see the Northern California PBK website for complete information about the scholarships and to download the application form.

Our chapter's Scholarship Committee reviews the applications and chooses several to send forward to the PBKNCA. Please deliver your application to Professor Claire Goldstein's campus mailbox, 213 Sproul, by February 17, 2017. If you have questions, please contact Prof. Goldstein at cbgoldstein@ucdavis.edu.
